7-day Satisfaction Guarantee - If you decide the bike you purchased is simply not the right fit, you can exchange it for full value or return it in same condition for a full refund minus $50 cleaning/restocking fee.

30-day Service Warranty - If a mechanical or material issue arises in the purchase item, Evolve Cycle will take care of the item’s service for free. This warranty does not cover accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear. In no event shall Evolve Cycle be liable for any damages whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
