Different from other traditional bike shops, we only perform full service on bikes that we have in stock. This allows us to focus on providing a premium, refurbished inventory that our customers can be confident in.
We are highly accommodating of our clients, communicating and scheduling customized 1 on 1 sales appointments with great flexibility and consideration.
How We Service Our Bicycle Inventory
The extent of Evolve Cycle’s service range is broad and comprehensive.
Each bicycle for sale has received at minimum a full tune-up, cleaning, and safety check.
Sometimes, our used and refurbished bikes require a little extra care to make them like new for you to ride away on with confidence.

Evolve Cycle is proud to offer a service and return policy on all refurbished bikes that we sell in order to give you increased assurance that the bicycle you buy is the right ride for you!
7-day Satisfaction Guarantee - If you decide the item you purchased is simply not the right fit, you can exchange it for full value or return it in same condition for a full refund minus $50 cleaning/restocking fee.
30-day Service Warranty - If a mechanical or material issue arises in the purchased item, Evolve Cycle will take care of the item’s service for free. This warranty does not cover accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear. In no event shall Evolve Cycle be liable for any damages whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
